It takes more than finding the right property to make a purchase or sale happen. In 2004, Matt Brown and Peter Cossio joined forces to form Hudson Realty Group, a specialty group within Century 21's Hoboken office. Modeled after a boutique real estate firm, we offer our customers the best of both worlds: personalized service and global brand name recognition. We have created this website as an additional marketing outlet for our listings in order to increase exposure on the web.
If you are looking to buy or sell real estate, we will serve as the coordinator in your transaction to ensure that things proceed smoothly from initial offer to contract closure. It typically takes a team of 5-10 people to successfully complete any purchase or sale. As professional local Realtors we have established relationships with local attorneys, inspectors, mortgage professionals, and contractors who can help you in all aspects of your real estate transaction.

 Matt's attention to detail, patience, and interest in educating his customers are his best assets and are indespensible when working with first time buyers. When working with Sellers and more experienced investors and developers, Matt's comprehensive market knowledge, financial analysis skills, and technology focused background help maximize his client's profits and minimize their risk. Specializing in Hoboken Condo, Jersey City Condo, and Condo Conversion Sales, Matt enjoys the personal side of the business and the relationships fostered by customer referrals and repeat clients. Before focusing his career as a real estate professional he was the a Sales Manager at Oplink Communications. Matt's corporate background also includes holding various positions at corporations such as General Electric, Hewlett-Packard and ExxonMobil. Matt Brown recieved a BS in Engineering and Minor in Business from Penn State University.

 Peter Cossio grew up around the Real Estate industry, his parents have owned and operated a full service real estate company in Chicago for 15 years. After moving to NYC Peter worked producing television commercials for 10 years before turning to Real estate full time in 2002. Peter has been a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence for the past 4 years, and is dedicated to to serving his clients with the uptmost respect, care and professionalism.
