Lindsey brings an enthusiasm to buying and selling real estate that is rarely found in today’s market.  Having moved to Hoboken from Colorado in 2002, her admiration for the area translates in the approach she uses to acclimate buyers with various neighborhoods.  As a specialist in Hoboken and the Jersey City waterfront neighborhoods, Lindsey’s knowledge of new construction developments, brownstone townhomes, and condominiums becomes apparent within the first conversation.  Her advice is direct and honest, benefiting her clients to make well informed decisions.

 
Lindsey joined the Hudson Realty Group sales team in 2008 after a 10-year career in the Brokerage & Investment Banking industry with Banc of America Securities.  Her focus, attention to detail and listening skills have quickly earned her a reputation for being highly competent in every type of real estate transaction.  Lindsey, along with her Hudson Realty Group partners, Matt Brown and Peter Cossio, joined Halstead Property New Jersey, LLC in early 2009 to further expand their reach into the Manhattan market and take advantage of Halstead’s superior marketing and branding.  Lindsey spent 3 years in Hoboken after moving from Colorado and currently resides in an 1880’s brick row house which she and her husband restored in 2005 in Jersey City.

Clare's attention to detail and expert listening skills are the cornerstones of her successful client relationships. Effectively identifying her clients' needs enables her to simplify the process of buying or selling a home. Clare joined Halstead Property in 2010 with a background in sales and customer service in the luxury goods industry. She lived and worked throughout Europe for several years before being promoted to Sales Manager of her company's New York City sales office. This background, coupled with her experience of living and working in several European countries has enabled her to develop an appreciation of the often differing expectations of home buyers and sellers that are attracted to and live in multicultural Hoboken and its environs.

Clare originates from England, and hails from a family background in real estate, with both her father and brother working at prominent property companies in London, England. Her own experience in real estate extends to positions held in the residential sales offices of several international property companies in St Tropez, France; Milan, Italy, and in Cambridge, England.

Clare received her BA Hons. in Italian and French from The University of Bristol, England. She has lived in Hoboken since 2002 and has recently completed a year-long renovation of her uptown home where she lives with her husband Peter and two daughters.
