"I could not be happier with my experience.  I put my condo on the market during the housing collapse and somehow Matt found a serious buyer.  He also went far out of his way, meeting with a building inspector, fire chief, etc. on his own since I didn't live near there anymore.  Not to mention buying & installing new fire extinguishers & carbon monixide alarms.  They didn't cost much, but since I lived out of the area, it was necessary to make sure the closing date didn't get delayed.  I didn't even ask him to do it; he just did it on his own.  Also, I never had any issues with reaching Matt by phone or email.  Little things like that are the difference between a frustrated client and one who feels like he's being taken care of.  Matt made me feel like the latter.  Oh -- and he sold my condo when two others could not.  Thank you!"
